Bitch Dish: Originally hired on Dynasty because, according to Spelling, her "classic California good looks" were just what was needed in a sexy young vamp. And though her Sammy Jo would manage to wreak much havoc on the Carrington crew, the real reason Spelling calls her his good-luck charm is her role as the savior of Melrose Place. Spelling conceived Amanda Woodward "at 3 a.m. one night" while trying to think of a way to spice up the then struggling series. When hell-on-heels Amanda showed up in her infamous thigh-high business suits, she did the trick.

Bitchiest Moments
The obligatory mud fight with Fallon (Emma Samms), her pool fight with Amanda and of course her plot to get control of her fathers estate by hiring a Krystle look a like in the shape of Rita.

All She Does Is Bitch Amanda on men: "Get used to the fact that even the most perfect, sensitive guy is, bottom line, a dog. I mean, he might be a well-behaved dog, but he still howls at the moon and grabs the first leg he can get ahold of."
